Edward M. Miller concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, banking and credit law, commercial loan documentation, business organization, and real estate law. Mr. Miller has represented consumers and businesses in Chapters 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases. He has represented various banks in documenting and settling commercial loan transactions - both secured and unsecured. Mr. Miller has represented various banks in negotiating and documenting out-of-court workouts and debt restructurings. Prior to entering private law practice Mr. Miller worked for 17 years as a lending officer for various financial institutions and he utilizes this "on the job" experience in credit and banking in representing his clients.
