Kelly W. Miller concentrates her practice on family law and mediation matters, including separation, divorce and custody as well as representing clients in personal injury cases, traffic and minor criminal matters, and bankruptcy. Prior to entering private law practice, Ms. Miller was a district court commissioner. Ms. Miller presently serves as a domestic settlement master for the Circuit Court for Carroll County. She is a former chair of the Carroll County Domestic Violence committee and a former Board Member of the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service. Ms. Miller has also received advanced mediation training through MICPEL .
